Last updated 18 September 2026. Draft for review by ASIZA CAPITAL Management Consultancy LLC SOC's legal adviser before launch.
These terms are between ASIZA CAPITAL Management Consultancy LLC SOC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as Kiwi ("Kiwi", "we"), and the organisation in the United Kingdom that subscribes to the service ("you"). By starting a trial or subscription you accept them.
Kiwi is web-based care home management software. We host it, keep it available, back it up and update it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records your staff enter, for managing your users and permissions, and for meeting your own regulatory obligations.
The trial lasts 30 days from the day you start it. A payment card is taken at the start. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged at all. If you do not cancel, the subscription and the setup fee are charged on day 31.
£300 per home per month, plus a one-off setup fee of £250 per organisation. No UK VAT is charged: the service is supplied from the United Arab Emirates; UK VAT-registered customers account for any VAT due under the reverse charge. Charged monthly in advance by card through Stripe to ASIZA CAPITAL Management Consultancy LLC SOC, or annually by invoice on request. Prices may change with 60 days' notice; a change never applies inside a period you have already paid for.
The subscription rolls month to month. You may cancel at any time from the customer portal or by email, with no notice period; the service continues to the end of the paid month. We may suspend the service for non-payment after 14 days' notice, or terminate for serious breach.
The records you keep in Kiwi belong to you. We process them only on your instructions under the data processing agreement in our privacy policy. You may download your database at any time. On termination we provide a full handover bundle and then delete our copy within 30 days, unless the law requires otherwise.
We aim for 99.9% monthly availability outside planned maintenance, which we announce in advance and schedule outside medication round times. Support is by email and phone on UK working days, with an emergency line for outages affecting medication administration.
You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to access other customers' data, resell the service, or upload malicious files. Each user must have their own login and must not share it.
Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. The service supports your care records; clinical and care decisions remain yours.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Changes to these terms are notified by email 30 days before they apply.
